The Balotta Sidetable is one of the last of its kind in Cortoland - his siblings can be seen in The Frozen Fountain Gallery in Amsterdam.
The crack in the table top has been repaired with golden paste using the Kintsugi technique – a traditional Japanese method of repairing broken ceramic pieces and celebrating imperfection. This makes the table stable and suitable for both outdoor and indoor use.
Balotta is 50 cm high and has a diameter of 40 cm.
